OEM MANUFACTURING PROCESS
1. Legal Requirements
Determination of certification requirements and compliance with legal regulations. They are determined in consultation with the customer in accordance with the relevant country's legislation.
2. Understanding Requirements
The process begins with analyzing the customer's requests. Then, user needs are identified, and requirements aligned with these needs are listed. The casing design process starts in collaboration with the design team.
3. Casing Design
Together with the design team, the external appearance and ergonomics of the device are determined. The selection of materials and colors to be used in the design is decided. The aim here is to bring together requirements, ergonomics, and design. None of the designs are used for another customer. If desired, it can be formalized with a contract.
4. Determination of Colors
The selection of colors appropriate for the brand identity and target audience of the product is made during the final stage of the design process. At this stage, color, design, and ergonomics are finally approved.
5. Screen Design
Design recommendations are provided according to the desired screen size, resolution, and orientation. Pages that are not necessary based on whether there are multiple languages are listed. Information is provided to the customer regarding user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. Font selection and application of colors to the design are ensured. Design work begins.
6. Identification of Special Requests
Special requests from the customer are carefully evaluated. These requests may relate to the functioning of the device or its design. The requested features are transferred to the relevant department and ensured to be implemented. Requests that are contrary to the general operating principle of the device are not accepted.
7. Prototype Production
One prototype is made to be presented to the customer after the designs are made, electronic production is completed, and the requests are fulfilled. The sample device, which is subject to testing by the technical team, is presented to the customer. Testing of the sample by the customer is requested.
8. Approval
This is the stage where the prototype is approved by the customer or user. Deficiencies observed are reported to the relevant units, and instructions are given to address them. The sample, with its deficiencies addressed, is rechecked and presented to the customer for final testing and approval. The production process is initiated based on the final version approved by the customer.
9. Production
The device, in its approved final version, is included in the production plan according to the desired quantity. A delivery date is provided to the customer based on the desired quantity. Devices produced are subjected to quality control. Tests are conducted according to the requirements of the device, and any deficiencies or faults are identified and addressed. Each device that passes quality control is photographed and archived. This archive is shared with the customer when necessary.
10. Delivery
Devices that have passed quality control and are in their final form are stored in the warehouse and proceed to the packaging stage. Packaging suitable for the logistics method to be used is done, and shipment is ensured.
